Stock & Availability
All items are sold subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24–48 hours (depending on your card provider). Feel free to contact us before ordering to confirm an item is in stock.
Mixed Orders (In Stock & Pre-Order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold the order and ship everything together once all items are available. If any item becomes unavailable, we'll refund that item and ship the rest straight away.
Item Condition
All items are new and sealed (where supplied sealed by the manufacturer) unless a condition grade is shown in the listing description, in which case the item is second-hand/used.
Packaging & Shipping
We take packaging seriously. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Business Post 48 with tracking. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked or Signed For. We use top-quality stiff card mailers with additional card stiffeners as needed — oversized mailers on international orders to prevent corner damage in transit. On request, or if the cello wrap is already open, we'll remove vinyl records from their sleeves to prevent damage during shipping.
