We're across multiple platforms, so stock updates every 48 hours — if you've got your eye on something, just ask and we'll confirm it's yours.

When does it ship?

We aim to get your order out within 5 working days of payment clearing. Some items live at our UK distribution warehouse, so those can take up to 15 days (occasionally a little longer — we appreciate your patience).

Your order status will flip to In Progress once we're on the case.

What if something's out of stock?

We'll always try to track down a copy before giving up. If we can't, we'll refund that title and send everything else on its way.

How does it travel?

🇬🇧 UK: Royal Mail Signed For / Tracked
🌍 International: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Airmail (unless we've agreed otherwise)

Any import duties or local taxes are down to you — sorry, that's customs for you.
