Released on 29th August 1994, “Definitely Maybe” is the debut studio album by English rock band Oasis. It was an immediate commercial and critical success and went on to sell over 8 million copies worldwide and brought widespread critical acclaim. It entered the UK Albums Chart at number one and became the fastest-selling debut album in the UK at the time; it went on to be certified 7× platinum by the BPI for sales of over 2 million units. The album is regarded as a seminal entry of the Britpop scene, and has appeared in many publications' lists of the greatest albums of all time. The photograph on the front cover of the album was taken by rock photographer Michael Spencer Jones. The image was inspired by the back cover of the Beatles' album “A Collection Of Beatles Oldies”. This iconic artwork is now available as a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
