7" sold by mail order by Bespoke Editions ltd. This company is however nowhere mentioned on the release, which is advertised on their website as "Jethro Tull – The 1968 acetate", and allegedly a "REPRODUCTION of Clive Bunker's personal acetate, found in a dusty box in his attic, which was recorded in October 1968, sometime after Tull’s first album, but before the second. It contains two unreleased tracks, with no titles."

No other information is available, no credits, no band line-up. It comes in a generic white paper sleeve.
Side A is a full song, side B is a different take of the same song as side A, but an abridged (fade out) instrumental excerpt.

On disc label side A, it reads "SKY HI LEVEL DAVE S. SMALL CUT"
and on side B label : "SKY DAVE S. LOW LEVEL LARGE CUT"

Track durations are not indicated on release.

Content of this single is most likely the same as tracks 15 and 16 on this fan limited edition release from 2021, titled "1968 Acetate", and which were credited to "Clive Bunker & Friends".
